North Coast wine making has come of age and Dangars Creek Vineyard is part of that history. When you try our wines, we are sure that you will agree.

The initial vintage was in 1999 and has progressed from there. Only five minutes from the centre of Kempsey, the small winery is unique in the area in that it produces a completely local product, made on the premises. Also available - a range of Port Kegs. Come out and talk barrels with a Cooper. Local product made on the premises. Dangars Creek Vineyard has a cellar door where you can sample the exquisite characteristics of the Chambourcin wine amongst the natural settings of the bush-surrounded vineyard.

Coming from a wine loving family originating in the Mediterranean, Charlie experimented with several grape varieties before selecting the Chambourcin wine as the variety best suited for the area.

Directions: Travel west towards Armidale for 5 km from PO, turn right into Spooners Avenue and travel 1.9 km until you come to the big bottle of wine.
Our Opening Hours are Fri Sat Sun 10am to 5pm
